The conference is filled with dynamic speakers, powerful worship, seminars and outreach to the local community, congealed together by the unique and transformational communal setting. Join us for this amazing experience and see what God can do in your life!

FEAR | IDENTITY | GRIEF | HEALING | TENACITY

"Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us."

Volunteer

The backbone of our conference is the support we receive from our conference workers. Every conference, Impact alum, recent graduates, family and friends assist us in implementing all aspects of the conference from the main program to hospitality and everything in between.

We would love to give you the opportunity to use your gifts and talents to the glory of God. If you are interested in volunteering at the conference, please click the box below and choose from the conference worker registration options.

Sponsors + Exhibitors

Thank you to our amazing sponsors and exhibitors who will be at this year's conference. Your generosity and support has, and will continue, to make all the difference!

Exhibitors.png

Sponsors and exhibitors are a vital part of developing a strategic financial and experiential network to support the current students and ongoing work of The Impact Movement. We are proud to offer a variety of packages to organizations that desire to come alongside us in the important work of equipping this generation's leaders to change the world.

In past conferences, our exhibitors have included non-profit organizations, seminaries, summer camps, young professional networks, and the like.  If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity you can find more information here

FAQs

1. Where will this year's conference be held?

We will be at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel. The hotel is located at 210 Peachtree St NW in downtown Atlanta. You can visit the hotel's website here

2. What are the dates of the conference?

The opening session for the conference will begin at 7:00pm on December 28, 2024. The last session will conclude by 1:00am on January 1, 2025. Everyone should be prepared to check out and travel home the morning of January 1st.

3. Are there additional costs I should be prepared for?

The cost of the conference includes entrance to all conference sessions, seminars, concerts and after-hours events. Your registration will also include your hotel room for 4 nights, 5 days. You should be prepared to pay for transportation to and from the conference, as well as food while attending the conference.

4. Is there a dress code for the event?

Not at all. Please come and dress comfortably. Pay attention to the local weather and note that the temperature in the hotel can be cooler for a lot of people.

5. Do I have to be a Christian or a part of Impact on my campus to attend?

Short answer, no, to both. Our conference is open to everyone! We would love the opportunity to share our faith with you and to share this amazing community that we all love. Just come! We'd love to have you regardless of who you are or where you currently find yourself.

6. Is my $75 deposit refundable?

All registration costs are non-refundable but fully transferable to anyone else. The deposit is included in your overall price, it is not an extra cost. Registration covers lodging, materials, and all conference programming; it does not cover parking, food, or transportation.

7. What can I do if I want to attend the conference but I don't have the money?

There are several practical steps you can take. In addition to saving your own money, we suggest that you reach out to family members, mentors and your church leaders. Try to break up the payments in chunks instead of paying for the whole thing at once. We also have provided a sample letter of support that you can use and distribute to those who may want to help you. We are prayerful that God will provide!

8. Where can I park my vehicle?

The hotel offers valet parking only for $55 per day with in and out privileges. There are a number of parking options in the surrounding area, but they are not affiliated with the Peachtree Westin Hotel and may not offer overnight parking. Please consider all your options when traveling to the conference.
